Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable usage policy, AUP, applies to all customers of
King's Library Hosting. This includes, and is not restricted to, all
customers of any resellers of King's Library Hosting. King's Library
Hosting reserves the right to change any part or all of this AUP at
any time without prior notice.
Please be sure to read this page in full before signing up for any
of King's Library Hosting's web hosting plans. If you have any
questions about any part of this AUP please be sure to email us at
sales@kingslibraryhosting.net
before signing up with any of our plans. Signing up with any of
King's Library Hosting's plans will be deemed as a confirmation that
you agree with all sections of this AUP.
King's Library Hosting reserves the right to discontinue or deny
access, without any prior notice, to anyone who violates the terms
and/or restrictions set forth on this page. If you do not agree with
any part of this AUP please discontinue your account immediately and
email us at
sales@kingslibraryhosting.net.
General Policies
Unacceptable uses of your account include, but are not limited to:
Bulk e-mailing, unsolicited e-mailings, spam site advertising,
newsgroup spamming, illegal content, copyright infringement,
trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers,
online gambling, and/or anything else determined by us to be
unacceptable use of King's Library Hosting 's services.
Prohibited Activities:
1) Mass Emailing by anyone through the King's Library Hosting
network is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This
includes ANY of the email addresses hosted by King's Library
Hosting.
2) Resale or giving away of King's Library Hosting’s products and
services without the express prior written consent by King's Library
Hosting, unless you are an authorized reseller.
3) The running of any malicious software on the King's Library
Hosting network, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans,
crackers, or worms.
4) Any kind of network monitoring done on the King's Library Hosting
network without written consent of King's Library Hosting is also
strictly prohibited.
5) Any sending of any information to King's Library Hosting's or any
other internet network in the attempt to disrupt that network.
6) Providing King's Library Hosting with false or incorrect data on
the order form including but not limited to name, address, phone
number and/or credit card number.
7) Utilizing the King's Library Hosting network to access IRC or use
IRC bots.
8) Access other networks and abusing their resources from the King's
Library Hosting network such as sending emails or news postings
through another networks server.
9) Utilizing the King's Library Hosting network and/or any King's
Library Hosting resources to promote or display nudity, racist,
adult, explicit, or sexually related websites. King's Library
Hosting reserves the right to decide which content falls in to this
category and which do not.
10) The usage of more than 30% of King's Library Hosting's network
by any one site at any given time.
Responsibility:
As a user on the King's Library Hosting network you are responsible
for all of the information and/or data pertaining to your account.
This includes taking responsibility for all the material on your
site and stored in your account to ensure that is does not violate
any local, state, federal, or international laws.
Resellers:
As a reseller of King's Library Hosting services you are responsible
for all of your users' material and are expected to hold them
responsible for it as well, King's Library Hosting reserves the
right to cancel one of your users accounts should they violate
any/all of the rules set forth on this page.
King's Library Hosting makes no guarantee of the security and/or
privacy of the information either stored on the King's Library
Hosting technology or transmitted through the King's Library Hosting
network and makes no guarantee that any other entity will be
included and/or excluded from the King's Library Hosting network.
King's Library Hosting staff may also periodically monitor the
transmissions on the King's Library Hosting network for maintenance
and/or service quality assurance.
Should anyone violate any aspect of this AUP your account may be
terminated at the discretion of the King's Library Hosting staff
without notice and without refund.
